Nail Technology
The full nail technology curriculum includes theory and practical instruction in the following areas:
- Manicures
- Pedicures
- Individual sculptured nails/nail tips
- Individual removals
- Individual nail wraps
Students may enter this program at varying levels - full, exempt or refresher.
Full Program - 150 hours - $2,000
This program is designed for the student who has just entered the field of nail technology or who would like to train from the ground up.
Refresher - 40 hours - $1,000
This program is designed for the student who has work experience, earned nail technology hours or a combination of the two. Acceptance into this program requires a test-out by the LB staff. This test-out is similar to the requirements of the State Board practical exam.
Exempt - 5 hours- $500
This program is designed for the student who has completed 150 hours of training and requires boot camp for licensing preparation. Like the refresher program, acceptance into this program requires a test-out by the LB staff. This test-out is similar to the requirements of the State Board practical exam.
